If you are looking to affiliate then our site standerds are that you must get at least 500 different hits a day at least you must have a some kind of stat site like extremetracker to prove it. Must be a decent layout if i find it was ripped i will take it off, but if it was like one from a freelayouts site then thats fine. No free sites like geocity and brinkster, reason for that is one day the site could be up and running and the next minute its down for the whole day due to the bandwith.
